If you came looking for a franchise kit, a fee schedule or a territory map, we are not that yet. There is no franchise program and no disclosure document on the table.
What we do have is nineteen years of recipes, a name neighbors trust, and a way of running a shop that people keep asking us to bring somewhere new. We are not saying no — we are saying not yet, and we would rather hear from you than guess.
